The Blue Spruce Café is run by Schaeffer.
Aside of its simple appearance, it has gained quite notoriety.
Sometime during the series, it was turned into a high class restaurant, when Lady Baden-Baden wanted a job in there, but ended managing the whole place, even turning Schaeffer a waiter.
It even has a stage platform to hold shows and concerts, like for example, famous veteran rockstar Woodchuck Berry (Second Chance!).
The only time the cafe had a failed investment was when Schaeffer bought in a giant TV, in hopes for the future lunch of Sneer's stellite TV broadcast system, but the signal was ruined, only showing three goofy pigs dancing for their mom in a loop in all the channels (The Wrong Stuff!).
