Personality

Julie, along with her father and brother, first appear in the original Raccoons TV specials. She and Tommy are living and going to school in the Evergreen Woods, while Ranger Dan surveys the forest. Julie is a smart and happy young child, and cares a lot about her family.

Sometimes, she and Tommy try to do big things for themselves, like when they attempt to move away on their own in The Runaways. She has big hopes and loves exploring the forest, especially with Tommy, Schaeffer, and Broo.
