Luba (born Luba Kowalchyk in 1958 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a singer for the first season of The Raccoons series before Lisa Lougheed was hired. She would appear in the show Cyberchase as a voice actress alongside Len Carlson several episodes, as well as an episode of Atomic Betty. She also was the voice of Dot on Kids CBC.
