Rocky Raccoon is Ralph's uncle and possibly the husband of Gertie Raccoon. He was a bush pilot during World War II and according to Ralph, "was one of the greatest to ever slip into the cockpit of a plane". It's unknown if he's still alive though or not. He appears as a silent cameo in "Blast from the Past!".
